Treasure Data Product Demo – Gift Card Promotion: Terms & Conditions

Promotion. Participants who view a 45-minute live Treasure Data product demo in its entirety or attend a meeting hosted by a Treasure Data representative in its entirety (collectively, a “Demo”) are eligible to receive one $100 Amazon e-gift card (the “Promotion”).

Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on May 15, 2024 at 12:00 am PT and ends on September 30, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT (the “Promotion Period”).

Promotion Eligibility. The Promotion is open to individuals who (A) are legal residents of the United States, (B) are at least 18 years of age, (c) are not currently customers, partners, or prospective customers, and (D) submit a Demo request that is received by Treasure Data during the Promotion Period, and (E) attend a Demo during the Promotion Period.

How to Request a Demo. Complete a Demo request form (“Form”) following instructions within the promotional materials. Alternatively, a Treasure Data representative may contact you requesting that you attend a Demo. If so, notify the representative that you will attend the Demo.

Gift Card. Eligible participants who meet the requirements will receive a $100 Amazon e-gift card (“Gift Card”) by email after completing the Demo. Treasure Data, in its sole discretion, tracks and determines who has completed the Demo and when they have completed the Demo. The Gift Card will be sent to the email address you provided in the Form or to the Treasure Data representative to schedule the Demo. Failure to provide a valid email address could disqualify you from requesting a Gift Card. No more than one Gift Card will be provided to each eligible person AND no more than one person from each organization may receive the Gift Card during the period of this promotion. An individual is only eligible for ONE Gift Card for attending a demo, even if he or she may have participated in multiple Demos. Treasure Data will, in its sole discretion, determine when an organization has received a Gift Card and determine which individual from an organization has qualified to receive a Gift Card from an organization based on which individual completes the Demo first.

The Gift Card is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Treasure Data reserves the right to ask for additional information at any time for purposes of determining eligibility or crime prevention. It is the participants responsibility to confirm that they can accept the Gift Card pursuant to the policies and procedures of their employer.

No substitution or transfer of Gift Cards is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Treasure Data. If any portion of a Gift Card is unavailable, Treasure Data reserves the right to substitute that portion of a Gift Card with a gift of equal or greater value. This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last.

Each Gift Card recipient will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the use of a Gift Card including, but not limited to, applicable federal, state or local taxes, and any expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the Gift Card recipient in receiving or using the Gift Card. Please consult a tax professional to discuss your particular situation.

Each Gift Card will be sent “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). You agree that Treasure Data’s decisions related to the Promotion and all distribution of Gift Cards are final. Any Gift Card not claimed under these Terms & Conditions may be deemed, in Treasure Data’s sole discretion, to be forfeited and returned to Treasure Data.

If an individual has attended a demo once and has been given a gift card, that individual would not be eligible to receive another gift card.

Information Submitted. You agree that you will answer the Form questions truthfully and completely. By attending the Demo, you grant Treasure Data and its affiliates with an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to use your name and Form responses in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting in a Gift Card recipient list, except where prohibited by law. Treasure Data may be required to disclose the information about each Gift Card recipient to state or federal regulatory authorities. You agree that Treasure Data may send marketing emails to the email address provided.

Additional Terms. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Treasure Data is not responsible for any loss, destruction, or theft of your Gift Card. Treasure Data may use any information provided in accordance with its Privacy Statement. Treasure Data reserves the right to change without notice the Terms & Conditions of this promotion or modify or end this promotion at any time without notice. Use of the Amazon Gift Card is subject to Amazon Rewards Cardholder Agreement
