  • Centralized customer data offers greater efficiencies (64%) and business growth (57%)
  • Customer data strategies are evolving—half of companies anticipate a strategy change in the next year
  • Companies (85%) are most likely to add customer analytics using AI/ML and predictive capabilities over the next 12 months
